Brett started his career working for one of the largest insurance companies in New Jersey where he honed his skills in personal injury law. In a very short time Brett tried ten cases. From there, Brett moved to a Statewide personal injury firm where he further applied his skills representing injured parties. Brett brings a vast array of skills and experience to the courtroom.
Joel started his career clerking for the Hon. George F. Rohde, J.S.C. (ret.) in Passaic County. After completing his clerkship Joel became an Assistant Prosecutor at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office where he was assigned to the Trial Unit.
After leaving the prosecutor's office Joel entered private practice. He worked for a statewide insurance defense firm before opening his own firm. Joel has achieved some of New Jersey's largest settlements against dozens of municipalities around the State of New Jersey for personal injury and civil rights violations. Joel has also been responsible for litigating numerous wrongful death cases with a 100% success rate.
Keith G. Oliver helps with serious injury claims, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, slip and fall matters, disputed liability, insurance disputes, wrongful death claims, pre-suit negotiation, and trial preparation.
